Nice rooms, restaurant, bar, and exercise room. Excellent service! Friendly staff. The outdoor area is very classy, especially at night with the "fire pits." Great location. Valet parking was convenient and easy. Overall, this place is awesome!

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. Olivia, Nicole and Joseph specifically- thank you so much for being so accommodating and taking the time to make our stay so special! The hotel itself is gorgeous- hotel bar and restaurant have a great vibe with nice fire pits outdoors to enjoy their daily complimentary happy hour. Everything at the hotel was very clean- you can tell the staff pays attention to detail. The front desk and valet all were attentive and gave great recommendations. Cannot recommend Kimpton Hotel Arras enough- can't wait to visit again!

Literally the best hotel I have ever stayed at! The hospitality from the front desk, to house keeping was just amazing. You can tell staff that just go with the flow from staff that genuinely care and love what they do, and this was evident. The rooms were spotless and views were to die. It was even my best friend’s birthday and they made it extra special by adding a personal card and chocolate! Thank you Joseph for checking in on us several times throughout our stay! We appreciated that!

The front desk workers at this hotel are incredibly nice. They were so kind to me checking in and checking out. I had the best time chatting with them. They gave great recommendations. The valet service was also prompt and friendly too.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The building is well kept and visually stunning. It feels like a place that's been around forever, but very modern and stylish. Our King Suite room had an incredible view, was spacious, clean, and updated. The staff were awesome, very helpful in many ways. The valets were excellent. Location is optimal, right in downtown Asheville and walkable to parks, shopping, and dining.We were traveling with 2 dogs and 2 cats and there were NO PET FEES!! I felt we should be paying more for our room than we did, especially with 4 animals. A+++ !!!

No word can describe how awesome this hotel is! Professional and very courteous staff- outstanding hospitality from valet parking to checking in. The rooms are top tier in which we had a king suite- worth every penny! Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Great hotel all around. Rooms are good, clean, and the staff is awesome. Super pet friendly, which is an added bonus. My only recommendation to those planning to stay at this property is to book rooms on the highest available floor to minimize traffic noise. The 5 star rating is for the property, which it deserves. The following comments regard the surrounding downtown area, and I wish I was able to read such comments before I booked my trip. Downtown Asheville has a substantial homeless population. I never felt threatened, but I felt uncomfortable anytime I walked downtown (panhandling, needles on ground, etc.). It was especially hard for me to avoid their presence as I needed to walk my dog, and they congregate in all the grass / park areas.

Spent a night here for my wife's birthday. Adam at the front desk helped make the check in process the best ever. He was very helpful with food recommendations and would recommend this property to anyone.
